Off to Costa Rica.......

I am so excited. Packing my bags tonight to leave for the Four Seasons Costa Rica tomorrow. I will report back with details of the location, property, etc. Cheers to all!

The best all inclusive wedding hotel in Cabo.....

I thought is was only fair to mention that Dreams is my favorite all inclusive wedding hotel in Cabo. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of all inclusives in Cabo that we recommend, but this one does a great job! This is our most popular wedding property in all of Mexico actually.

Sheraton Hacienda del Mar is situated on a private beach surrounded by 28 acres of quiet, private gardens. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the night life of Cabo San Lucas and 20 minutes from the quaint village of San Jose del Cabo.

This is a property in Cabo for weddings that I taut as a "crowd pleaser". It will appeal to the young, the old, the deluxe client, the more moderate client. It has a great chapel on property, and the grounds are gorgeous. Wedding rates are usually in the $200 range per night - rates of course depend on the time of travel.

We had a great time in DC. The marathon was amazing and so well run (ha ha). We were lucky enough to get a private tour of the Capitol after hours. Amazing! 3:29 run - on to the next one. Sunmart 50K is next month......however, it won't be an exciting destination.....Huntsville, Texas baby!

Gorgeous! The view of the sunrise prior to the Marine Corps Marathon in DC. Disregard my ugly Old Navy sweatshirt. It now belongs to the streets of DC. I probably had it for 15 years!

What to pack?

I am getting ready for my trip to Costa Rica. I have been there three times, and yet I still don't know what to pack. I own a travel agency for goodness sake, and I still can't do this well! It haunts me. I am always the girl with the biggest suit case. I usually have to pay extra if I am not in first class because my suitcase weighs over 50 lb.s So, I found this handy list. Of course if I packed all of this my suitcase would weigh 100 lbs. I still think it is helpful!
